At the Art of Touch, we are proud to have a team of dedicated and experienced yoga and meditation instructors. With a deep passion for their craft, they guide and support students on their wellness journey. Each instructor brings their unique expertise, fostering a nurturing and inclusive environment for all.

1. Korallia Grimopoulou

Certified Yoga Instructor 550hr Yoga Alliance International

Korallia Grimopoulou is a graduate of an Art School where she received training in classical ballet - Vaganova method, modern dance, traditional and acrobatics.
She came into contact with Yoga for the first time in 2011 and she received her certification to teach Hatha and Vinyasa Yoga in 2017. The education she received includes proficiency in: Anatomy, Yoga Props and Hands-On Adjustments, Advanced Yoga Asanas, Deep Meditation, Chakras Purification, Pranayama techniques, Yoga Nidra, Silver Age Yoga and Restorative Yoga.
She has participated in training seminars, in Greece and England, with the most recent in Injury management 20hr, with P. Zirinoglou from Yoga Works Greece.
In addition to teaching in multiple yoga studios and fitness canters in Athens, Paros and Antiparos (in Greek and English) since 2018, she also regularly organises Yoga Retreats around Greece and abroad while also providing personal and semi-personal yoga sessions.
Furthermore, she holds a BA from the Department of Communication, Media & Culture of Panteion University and an MA from the LCCA, London. During the period 2017-2021 she worked as a Strategic Planner in global advertising companies while also teaching yoga classes.In her spare time she goes hiking, she participates in volunteer activities and she is preparing for her trip to India.

2. Laura Helen Farnsworth

Certified Hatha, Vinyasa and Yin Yoga Instructor, Meditation and Breathwork guide

Introducing Laura, a talented and multilingual yoga instructor who brings a wealth of experience and knowledge to her classes. Fluent in both English and Greek, Laura is a 550-hour certified yoga instructor.
Born in England and raised on the beautiful island of Paros in the Cyclades, Greece, Laura's yoga journey began to unfold. In 2018, she received her certification to teach Hatha and Vinyasa style Yoga. With a passion for sharing her expertise, Laura has taught in various yoga studios across the globe and also offers private yoga instruction.
Laura's dedication to holistic wellness led her to immersive courses in alternative healing and mind-body wellness. She pursued training at renowned centers such as Rishikesh Yogkulam Center in India and Sunny Yoga in Koh Phangan, Thailand. In 2022, she further expanded her skills by completing a 50-hour Embodied Yin Training in Portugal.
Driven by a thirst for knowledge and personal growth, Laura conducted independent research on Vipassana meditation while living in Athens. She also traveled to Mexico to explore ceremonial plant medicine, deepening her understanding of diverse healing practices.
Beyond yoga, Laura is a cross-cultural communicator, skilled creative writer, translator, interpreter, and a fervent enthusiast of foreign languages. She showcases her linguistic expertise by providing various linguistic services alongside her yoga practice.

3. Despina Richard

Certified Hatha Yoga Instructor

Meet Despina Richard, a dedicated and passionate yoga instructor. With a deep love for yoga, Despina was inspired to share her knowledge and expertise with others. Introduced to yoga years ago, she immediately fell in love with the practice, which led her to become a certified yoga instructor. Despina studied at the prestigious South Okanagan Yoga Academy in Canada, where she received her certification.
With over 18 years of personal yoga experience and teaching since 2016, Despina's expertise lies in Hatha Yoga. Her classes cater to both beginners and intermediate practitioners. In addition, she has extensive experience practicing Kundalini and Yin Yoga, enhancing her understanding of different yoga styles.
Despina is excited to share her vast knowledge, enthusiasm, and the numerous benefits of yoga for the body, mind, and spirit.
